This notice explains what information GlossRoster collects during its Greenville founding launch and how that information is used.
Information we collect
When you submit a professional application, we may collect your name, business name, email, phone number, service area, specialty, experience, services, social-media or portfolio links, and the business information you choose to share. Approved professionals may separately provide a public display name, bio, prices, booking links, profile images, image descriptions, and publication permissions. When you contact us, we collect your name, email, subject, and message.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review professional applications, send application and status emails, invite approved professionals to onboarding, prepare and review public profiles, respond to questions, improve GlossRoster, prevent misuse, and operate the launch program.
When information is shared
Application and contact information is kept in the private GlossRoster review system. We do not sell application information. We may use service providers that help us host files, operate the platform, and deliver transactional email, or disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the platform and its users.
Public profiles
Submitting an application does not publish your information. Approved professionals receive a private onboarding link and choose the exact profile information and images intended for display. A profile is not published until the professional confirms image rights and publication permission and GlossRoster completes a final review.
Retention and your choices
We keep information while it is needed for application review, launch planning, support, recordkeeping, or legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by using our contact form.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards and restrict the application dashboard to the authorized owner account. No online system can promise absolute security, so please avoid submitting sensitive financial, medical, or identity-document information.
Age and changes
GlossRoster's professional application is intended for adults age 18 and older. We may update this notice as the platform grows; the effective date above will change when we do.
